30/30 Fusion: This class consists of alternating intervals of cardio and strength trainings into 30-second intervals for the ultimate HIIT-style class! This type of exercise boosts your metabolism and allows you to blast fat for up to 48 hours after your workout.

Monday Mix Up: Instructor’s Choice! This popular class always keeps you guessing, but usually consists of a combination of strength and cardio exercises. The perfect way to start your week!

Strength and Balance (formerly “Silver Sneakers” Classic): Have fun and move to the music through a variety of low-impact exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

(Outdoor) Boot Camp: This class incorporates drills designed to improve strength, agility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll move around to a number of different stations – each with an exercise drill designed for one of these purposes. (This class takes place at Gratwick Park during the summer months.)

PiYo Live: PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Boomerang: Hi/Lo cardio fitness class designed for all levels and ages.

Zumba: Created by celebrity fitness trainer, "Beto" Perez, ZUMBA says, “Ditch the workout and join the party!” This class is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Zumba Gold: A Zumba class geared towards beginners and seniors, which uses low-impact and simple choreography.

Piloxing: This class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging.  In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves, which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

Pound: Burn calories, tone your body, and feel like a ROCK STAR! Using the weighted drumsticks called “Ripstix,” each class fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout that will burn fat and sculpt your body in the most fun way possible!

Butts & Guts: A 25-minute class, which concentrates on abs and glutes – two of the most targeted areas for toning!

Turbo Kick: Created by fitness celebrity Chalene Johnson, this class will maximize your workout with ab-sculpting moves and fat burning cardio! Filled with boxing, karate, hip hop and funk! Come join the party and possibly burn up to 1000 calories a workout!

Cardio-storm: A non-stop intense fat-torching interval style HIIT class. The workout will consist of 3-minute blocks – each with a specific purpose – in order to achieve maximum results in minimal time.

Butt Lift: A 25-minute workout that will sculpt, lift and tone the perfect booty!
